Anthony was the friendliest repair guy I have known. He got my phone fixed in 20 min, gave great advice and is getting our XBox fixed. Anthony and Willie... were amazing at what they did. My wife’s phone cracked on the back, thinking there was no way of fixing that we finally took it in and it was a super fast and easy fix. Very pleased with... the customer service this store has. Jake who was at the front desk helped me with some technical support issues I’ve been having and didn’t charge me a dime. He was very genuine and went above and beyond What I was expecting walking into the store. We had a nice conversation once my issues were resolved and he cracked a few jokes that made me laugh. Fast and affordable... repair of my cracked iPhone screen - even an older phone I wasn’t sure anyone could repair. Took less than an hour and included a warranty! Had a iPhone screen... replaced at this location. Had several issues. First screen was not tight the first time I went back. The second issue I had was called “ghost touching” where the screen presses on things you didn’t press. This caused my phone to enter the password incorrectly several times and locked me out for 15 minutes then i had to turn it off so it didn’t do the permanent locked out. Leaving me without a phone for a day. They were good to resolve both issues upon returning.read more

Driving east on... Parrish Lane, Centerville I saw a sign Quick Mobile Repair on the grass beside the road. I turn into this business, easy access, and I went into this store to have my iPhone 6s home button repaired. Great service, reasonable cost, communication with staff enjoyable and repairs done quickly. And....the repairs are guaranteed!My previous experience two weeks before, with another mobile phone service for a new battery and the home button to be fixed was crazy! After two weeks six emails and five trips to the store the home button was never fixed. Communication poor, not friendly and repair never accomplish.read more

My husband went in... to get his phone repaired. They fixed the screen but the touch screen doesn't work. They charged us 300 for a repair that didn't fix the phone and then told us we would need to send it to their specialist in another state and pay more money that wouldn't guarantee it would be fixed. Terrible. Want my money back. Very disappointed. Won't go back. Would not recommend.Update: I was able to speak with the manager and received a full refund. I was notified that the phone needed more advanced repair (soldering) to fix the touch screen which is why they would need to send the phone to another state. I would provide a 5 star except the touch screen worked when we brought the phone in and wasn't the main reason for the repair and now the touch doesn't work. That being said, we got our full refund and the manager was very nice to work with.read more

I posted this on... Yelp but I wanted to share here as well. I highly recommend Quick Mobile Repair! They are so awesome!! Anthony was so patient with me in fixing my iPhone. As someone who is a repeat offender of dropping their phone there were multiple problems with mine beyond just the screen replacement. He had to fix 3 different issues and he was so kind and personable. The price was the best (I called around before going to them) and the service was outstanding.
