Weeks before any new location even opens, each franchisee is walked through a comprehensive step-by-step process that includes assistance with finding real estate for each store, hiring new employees and more. Then, when everything is in place, all franchisees, Store Leaders and Tech Gurus are invited to Quick Mobile Repair’s corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona for a full week of hands-on training both in the classroom and behind the technician’s desk. There, franchise partners and their team will practice key skills including using QMR’s in-house intranet system, handling customer interactions, routine store management operations, and of course, how to properly fix a phone!
And aside from conducting local outreach, which is a critical component of any franchisee’s entrance into a new community, Quick Mobile Repair also handles all marketing and advertising at the corporate level via a small monthly royalty paid by all store owners. This fee goes to managing everything from social media to paid digital ads to press and media coverage, meaning individual partners can focus on running their stores and growing their footprint in their area without the costly hassle of establishing an advertising structure.
Once a Quick Mobile Repair franchisee has their first store up and running, they’ll also be able to maintain regular contact with the company’s executive leadership team and most senior technicians seven days a week, ensuring that any questions or concerns are addressed in a timely and courteous manner.
